Measure: Assess the team environment with various tools and discussions to establish a baseline.
Commit: Recommend a course of action as a result of the previous phase and gain leadership commitment to completing the program.
Connect: Working with the teams to develop strategies designed to improve team engagement and workplace culture.
Communicate: Reassess and schedule follow-up sessions to ensure progress is being made.
